  • Introduction4:08

Explore natural approaches to osteoporosis and menopause by examining root causes and deep patient assessment.

  • Osteoporosis Can Be Reversed1:43

Explore how natural options and hormonal balance, including estrogen, testosterone, and progesterone, may help harden bones by driving minerals and vitamins into bone tissue, potentially reversing osteoporosis.

  • Take Charge of Your Health2:15

Take charge of your health by exploring natural options for osteoporosis and menopause, reviewing references and research to decide carefully about hormones and treatments.

  • What is Osteopenia?1:42

Define osteopenia as mild bone thinning with density 1.0 to 2.49 standard deviations below peak bone density, not yet osteoporosis, and explore its causes.

  • What is Osteoporosis?1:12

Osteoporosis means severe mineral loss and low bone density, diagnosed when BMD falls 2.5 standard deviations below the healthy female average. The course explains causes, reversal, and fracture prevention.

  • What Causes Mineral Loss From Your Bones?2:11

Bones store vitamins and minerals, and mineral loss weakens bone density; this lesson identifies root causes and explains how hormones push minerals into the bone matrix to strengthen bones.

  • Are there Severe Problems cause from Osteoporosis?3:58

Learn how osteoporosis can cause severe problems, including vertebral compression fractures leading to kyphosis and chronic pain, and hip fractures with high mortality and serious postoperative complications.

  • Medical Tests to Get7:10

Explore how medical tests like DEXA bone density scans, the SPECTER intracellular vitamin and mineral panel, and hormone optimization reveal bone health status and guide reversal of osteoporosis and osteopenia.

  • "Big Pharma" Prescriptions Options and Why (Not)4:51

Explore big pharma prescription options for osteoporosis, including vitamin D and bisphosphonates, and discuss risks like osteonecrosis of the jaw and esophageal ulcers, plus Forteo as a bone builder.

  • Get an Annual DXA (Bone) Scan4:03

Track osteoporosis or osteopenia with an annual DXA bone scan to monitor spine and hip bone mineral density and t-scores, and observe fracture risk changes from treatment such as HRT.

  • Repeat Hormone Levels Every 3-6 Months3:19

Regularly monitor hormone levels every 3-6 months to keep them near the upper range, sustain energy and bone health, and prevent declines by rechecking labs and staying on plan.

  • Repeat Spectracell Every 3-6 Months2:30

Track bone health and hormone balance by repeating Spectracell tests every 3-6 months to monitor intracellular levels, support osteoporosis management, and prevent fractures.

  • Repeat NTX Every 3-6 Months2:12

Repeat NTX every three to six months to monitor bone turnover and track how hormones influence bone minerals, keeping results organized and adjusting frequency to six months or yearly.

Description

Reversing your Osteoporosis is possible, and in this case not by the use of bisphosphonates and other artificial medications but by optimizing your hormones and eradicating any vitamin deficiencies.

Osteopenia is the early phase of Osteoporosis, and it can be reversed the same way you would Osteoporosis, starting with looking at how much bone mineral loss has taken place.

Bone mineral loss is how Osteoporosis and Osteopenia begin – usually caused by our diet and by Menses (monthly periods where 50,000 mg of elemental calcium are lost).

Many disorders that can come from bone mineral loss such as:

  • Arrhythmias.
  • Kyphosis.
  • Fractured Hip/Spine.
  • Pseudo-Hypothyroidism.
  • Blindness from Copper Deficiency.
  • And Type 2 Diabetes from a Chromium Deficiency.Learn Osteoporosis Prevention and Treatment Options

Proper diagnosis, treatment with natural options and all the possible lab permutations (including intracellular vitamins and minerals which are not discussed anywhere else) are discussed in detail. I also give some patient examples.

Ultimately the course is here to help and guide for you to learn more about your osteoporosis and how YOU can reverse it naturally.
