Kshraum is one mantra chanted to invoke Narasimha the Lion headed God - one incarnation of Vishnu. Narasimha protects you from negative force and gives you bravery, beauty and health. more of him you can using search in internet.
You can use this mantra daily in your chanting practice separately or with the meditation or use both. This will connect you with Him and you can always ask his help to your life. Tell what you want before or after chanting as a short prayer.
To whom ever of Goddesses or Gods you chant you can always ask their help and speak to them, pray to them and they will respond.

You start first by focusing between your eyebrows with lightly closed eyes and then breath in through your nostrils and keep the breath for awhile. This gives the focus.
Then you put your fingertips close together on your first chakra. ( the center is inside ) and chant Kshraum 9 times (in the video I instruct 6 times but during chanting it changed to 9) so that it vibrates there.
You do the same to second chakra, the fourth chakra and brain (3 + 3 + 3 repetitions without hands). Last come back to fourth chakra and repeat 9 times Kshraum.
When you direct to your brains and chant x 3 so that it vibrates there you do it in order front, top and back part of your skull. The sides will get their vibrations during this procedure. ( frontal, upper, side and back lobes of your cortex part of your brain).
After doing your chanting enjoy the effect for a moment and open your eyes when you feel ready and you can gently move your body and stretch if you feel so.
This meditation can be done in a comfortable position sitting or you can lie on your back.
First you can practice with me using the video and then start to do it on your own. There is a downloadable audio.
When you have practiced using your hands on your chakras and feel confident to be able to direct the sound waves without just do it.
Location of chakras - energy centers of your body can be found from the recourses of this lecture.

ENJOY YOUR MEDITATION ?❤️?
We do this practice quite slowly because it’s quite a long time to chant at first. This prevents the chanting to go to only mechanical repetition and you can be behind every OM.
Focus is between your eyebrows and eyes lightly closed so that your mind won’t wander around the environment. If there is a need to do it eyes open get a steady target to your sight. After chanting give yourself time enjoy the energy and be same as OM.
To count 108 times you can use a Mala with 54 or 108 beans and chant one bead at the time. There are also counter apps to your phone. Or use a timer and set it up to 5 - 10 minute. And of course use this video ( it’s downloadable) and chant with me. It’s also downloadable as audio.
You will learn to chant effortlessly so don’t force yourself. Feel free to practice this also alone to find your own easy effortless rhythm.
You can use the Q&A to share your experiences and ask help if you need!
