The Uniform MPJE rewards accurate application of pharmacy law under real exam conditions, not just reading the rule. This course gives you targeted practice across every Area of the body of knowledge.
This course contains 630 practice questions mapped to the current NABP UMPJE Content Outline, covering all four content Areas: Licensure and Personnel; Pharmacist Practice; Dispensing Requirements; and Pharmacy Operations. Every question has a full explanation covering why each answer is right or wrong. The three Area-focused practice tests are set up for learning; the three full Mock Exams test you under tighter exam conditions at a 75 percent readiness mark.
What's included:
• 630 single best answer practice questions in the UMPJE three-option scenario format
• Full coverage of the UMPJE Content Outline effective 1 April 2026 for early adopter states and 1 June 2026 for the general rollout
• Three 90 question Area-focused practice tests covering Licensure and Operations together, Pharmacist Practice on its own, and Dispensing Requirements on its own
• Three 120 question full Mock Exams that mix all four content Areas at exam weightings of 22, 33, 24 and 21 percent
• A full rationale on every question
• 75 percent pass mark on the mocks as a readiness proxy; the real exam is scaled with a pass score of 75 reported as pass or fail, so use the mock mark to confirm you are consistently ready before you book
Each mock mirrors the real exam: 120 questions in 180 minutes, so you walk in knowing the format and the timing.
Who this course is for:
• Candidates preparing for the Uniform MPJE who want active practice, not passive reading
• Pharmacists transferring license to a UMPJE-participating jurisdiction (Arizona, Iowa, Kansas, North Carolina, Ohio, Rhode Island, Florida, Maryland, Montana, Nebraska, West Virginia, Washington at launch)
• Foreign-licensed pharmacists working through US licensure who have already passed the NAPLEX
• Learners who have worked through a federal pharmacy law text and need to test their understanding before exam day
Honest note on jurisdiction: this course prepares you for the Uniform MPJE only. Candidates sitting the legacy state-specific MPJE in non-UMPJE states, or the California CPJE, Arkansas, Nevada or Puerto Rico state law exams, should supplement with state-specific resources. Confirm your jurisdiction's UMPJE adoption status at the NABP website before purchase.
Honest note on attempts: the UMPJE caps lifetime attempts at five total across all participating jurisdictions, distinct from the legacy MPJE five-per-jurisdiction limit. Use these tests to confirm you are consistently above the readiness mark before you sit.
