Here I will show you how to wrap the hands and wrists for problems such as painful and sore wrists, hands and thumbs, carpal tunnel syndrome, increased grip strength for pre-workouts and also treating those tired hands after a long day massaging . Osteoarthritis of the wrist can also be treated with this technique. I show you how also the INCREDIBLE results that I have had with my left wrist that has been locked up for years!
Now we can tape the forearms to treat tension, weakness, tiredness after sports or doing lots of massages. Also, we can use this before we do sports and massages.
So I decided to show you how to tape for golfers elbow in case that you need it to be reinforced.
I will show you how to treat fingers, thumbs and hands now. This is great for massage therapists to use and of course people that use their hands and fingers a lot such as weightlifters and rock climbers
Now we will tape to treat elbow pain, stiffness, arthritis and decreased range of movement.
Now I will show you how to use tissue flossing for the biceps muscles and how it has helped me enormously to gain more strength before going to the gym so that I can lift 30% more weight now without my damaged biceps cramping. I also use it after to help it heal more by increasing blood flow to the area after my workout. This can also be used for biceps tendonitis and pain and also like I do for strength gains pre workout and post for recovery
Now lets look at treating the triceps
Let's now look at the taping and general exercises needed to treat shoulder problems. Remember that once again you can use this technique for your own shoulder pain, stiffness, arthritis, impingement's and also lack of range of motion. Not to mention, it can be also used for your shoulder for sports performance both before and after the gym/game/event.
Now I will show you how to treat the quadriceps/thighs for pain and also of course if you are wanting better performance before the gym, a run, or an event. Don't forget that you can use this for DOMS (delated onset muscles soreness) as well. Always keep in mind that it's not just about pain but also helping rehabilitation, recovery, strength and nutrition to the muscles.
Now we will address treating the adductors. This can once again be helpful if someone has a strain, pain, needs more flexibility such as martial artists, ballet dancers and so much more.
Now we will look at treating the hamstrings. This is great for people that have hamstring tightness and strains and also athletes, runners, players in all areas of sports whether thats running or swimming or bodybuilding. The next time you do an aerobics class, bike riding, or any other exercises such as squats then use this technique before and after exercise.
Now we will look at the knee joint. If you or your clients have knee pain, stiffness or decreased range of motion then you can do this taping technique.
Here is another option that you can try that uses two tapes. See which one you prefer.
This is the calf taping technique and is great for calf strains and tightness and also can be used for achilles problems such as tendonitis. Don't forget also the performance enhancing effects for pre and post event/workouts.
This is so great for Achilles problems such as stiffness, tendonitis and pain.
You can use this technique for pain at the front of the shins such as in shin splints. This can help with the pain by getting excellent bloodlfow and nutrients to the area to help it heal.
This technique can help with ankle stiffness and pain and swelling. It is a great technique for those people that may have had multiple sprains and have a classically stiff and painful ankle which is seen commonly. This is also so great for tired and achy feet when you have been on the all day! Also for conditions that affect the feet and heel such as heels spur, plantar fasciitis and many more painful foot conditions. Take the tape with you the next time that you are going to have to go hiking, have a long walk, out all day and want to revive your feet from being on the all day.
