Live singing creates a unique emotional atmosphere that recordings simply cannot replace. Vera Shattock is a certified teacher of Russian as a foreign language and holds a diploma from Lomonosov Moscow State University. She is raising two bilingual children and has organised a Russian community in the South of London, where she teaches children to speak Russian through songs and music.

Vera also has a musical and singing background: she received formal music education, plays guitar and piano and recorded. She graduated from the renowned Children's Choir “Vesna” under Alexander Ponomarev, which inspired her deep love for music and her engaging, musical approach to teaching. Vera uses actions, prompts, shakers and simple ideas so you can recreate these lessons at home.
