Description

Thermodynamics is interesting

Concepts of Entropy and Exergy are challenging and exciting and often students get a new high when they are able to grasp these concepts

My 20 plus years of teaching experience has taught me how to explore this subject and make the concepts easy for my students

Now with technology teaching learning process is not confined to class rooms and to my limited students.

I can now reach the students across th globe and that is what the plan is .The series of lectures i delivered to my students are now made available to anyone interested in thermodynamics across the globe.

i am confident that after completing this course students would understand appreciate and apply concepts of exergy for real life engineering problems. Their confidence would improve and problem solving skills would be enhanced In this course . Students who have studied thermodynamics or have had enrolled earlier for my course Thermodynamics made easy would easily understand the key concepts covered in the lecture. The key concepts covered include exergy balance and exergy destruction.

What is Exergy ?

Exergy and Heat Transfer?

Exergy and Reversibility ?

Exergy destruction during irreversible heat transfer from infinite as well as finite sources

Exergy of closed system

Exergy of steady flow system

Second law efficiency
