Description
The course provides you with the essential guidelines on how to succeed with a job interview. It takes you through a step-by-step process of preparation until the day of the interview. It starts with an overview of what the course covers and the different kinds of interviews. In the section about preparation for an interview, you learn about the role of both the candidate and the panel within the interview. This section equips you with essential skills you need to know about the role of each member of the panel in the interview and how you can use that knowledge to have a successful interview. The section is followed by the topic on self-awareness, whereby I explore the famous “who am I” question. In this section, you will learn how to answer the common question about yourself. The question that you will be assisted in answering is, “would you please briefly tell us about yourself?" The course will also help you understand how the essential knowledge about yourself can help you prepare for the “who am I” question, which you are guaranteed to be asked in an interview. You will also learn about personality, temperament, and the psychology of communication. The concepts mentioned above also plays a critical role in leading to a successful interview. You will learn how to portray a personality that reflects the person that the panel is looking for in an interview. You will learn how to use your personality to secure your dream job.

Instructor
Dr Aubrey Tsebe is the founder and director of Bethel Institute of Leadership (BIL). BIL is a registered private company aimed at leadership training and institutional support. It focuses on providing leadership and educational training and psychological services to government institutions, private companies, non-profit organizations, and individuals. BIL training covers a range of topics in different fields of specialization, including the following:

He has been in ministry for over 10 years, focusing on training the saints on the work of the ministry and leadership development.
He is also a registered psychologist at private practice offering psychological services for about ten (10) years. He also holds a Master of Philosophy in Practical Theology. Dr Tsebe's academic background provides a unique element in his training by combining psychology and theology to understand the human psyche and the spirit, which are crucial elements in a complete understanding of human nature. He started his career as a high school teacher until he advanced to lecturing at a colleague and higher academic institution. His career path includes working as a psychologist, clinical supervisor and lecturer, which he has done during his tenure in higher education. He has also worked as a director of a private publishing organization for five (5) years before founding BIL.
