One of oldest known herbs / mushrooms for medicinal use is Reishi.
The most popular edible mushroom worldwide, Shiitake, is also very medicinal.
This may be the most important medicinal mushroom for cancer recovery.
Not only do mushrooms metabolize toxins from our bodies, but they do they same in nature. Here I'll cover the basics of renewing our environment as well as alternative solutions for your own garden.
