Only some mudras can be done for unlimited time. Most mudras can be practiced for 15 minutes to 1 hour only. Time taken for someone to start feeling the flow of energy varies. Notice the time each mudra takes to get activated after you start doing any of the mudra.
Learn how touching the tip of the thumb with the tip of any of the fingers, the element associated with that finger will increase. And touching the base of the thumb decreases it.
Learn how your posture, attention, breathing, meditation and other factors increase the effectiveness of the mudra.

Vayu means Air or Gas. It can cause many problems in our body. Vayu Mudra benefits: This mudra can help reduce many kinds of pains caused by accumulation of vayu or gas in any part of body. This mudra is very helpful when done in Vajrasana after lunch.
Shunya means zero, emptiness or vacuum. Vayu Mudra benefits: It helps in improving our hearing ability. Very helpful when there is any kind of pain in the ears.
Aditya is another name of Sun. Aditya Mudra benefits: Sneezing stops in just a few minutes with this Mudra.
Surya means Sun. Surya Mudra benefits: This mudra gives you lot of heat. It reduces stress and gives you energy and vitality. It gives you freedom from cold, cough and sinus problem with regular use. People with high BP problem should avoid it. Don't do it more than 15 minutes.
Jalodar means water in your stomach and nashak means destroyer. Jalodar Nashak Mudra benefits: It removes excess water from your stomach area.
