Elbow slap is formed by flexing elbow with arm making 90 degree angle to the floor and generate power from shoulder to throw the strike out in the direction parallel to the floor while hip is twist to deliver more power.

Sideway foot thrust .This video you will learn how is thrusting from the side of the body by using the foot underneath or the heel strike the opponent. It is used to disturb the opponent. The strength of the thrust is at the underneath of the foot.
Reverse foot thrust .This video you will learn how is thrusting straightly to the back side. It is used when the first kick missing the target, then just place down the feet and quickly trust to the back side with another foot. This also can be done by turning quickly and strikes right away. This is a Muay Thai skill for responding the opponent’s strategy.
