About the instructor: Paul Metayo commenced his fighting journey in Thailand at the young age of 13. Over the years, he has accumulated a remarkable record of more than 100 professional fights, boasting 93 wins and a mere 11 losses. Paul's teaching career in Muay Thai began in 1991, and he ventured into event promotion in 1996. Among his notable students is Alex Gong, a four-time World Champion Muay Thai Fighter, who trained under Paul's guidance starting at the age of 19. Currently, Paul conducts classes in both Tempe, Arizona, and Rohnert Park, California.
