Description

Please note: This course is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Microsoft.

In this 2 hour course we’ll cover the skills that you need for the APL-7008 Microsoft Applied Skills: Create agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio.

The tasks that you need to perform to get this skill are:

  • We'll sign into Microsoft Copilot Studio, either with a free trial or using the pay-as-your-go plan, and create our first agent and topic.

  • We’ll then expand our agent. We’ll add message, question and condition nodes, configure variables and closed list entities, and ask multiple questions with an Adaptive Card.

  • Finally, we’ll look at adding knowledge sources, creating a Power Automate flow, and saving and publishing the agent to Teams and a demo website.

There are five Practice Activities throughout the course, so you can be sure that you are learning.

By the end of the course, you will feel confident about being able to create your own agents and configure the topics. With a bit of practice, you'll be able to take the official Microsoft Applied Skill - that would look great on your CV or resume.

Who this course is for:

  • This course is for you if you want to create a chatbot, and expand it with structured topics and Power Automate flows.
  • By the end of this course, after having done the Practice Activities, you could enter (and hopefully pass) the Microsoft Applied Skills assessment.
  • Wouldn't the Microsoft Applied Skills assessment look good on your CV or resume?
