khaoula is an agronomic engineer , recipe maker, food photographer and above all, an enthusiastic explorer of everything culinary.
Growing up in morocco , she experienced culture first hand from all corners of this beautiful country. her childhood was spent in places such as beautiful essaouira known as the wind city in the south west of morocco , marrakech -the red city-, shefshaoun the blue pearl of morocco, then rabat - the modern metropolitan city where cultures from all over morocco blend in a melting pot. Then she landed up in agadir, the land of agriculture .
she learnt her art of cooking from her mother at a very early age. and she have blended that with culinary experiences gathered from her journeys .
her education is in agronomie and landscape designe . now she is at her fourth year ! yes still studying !
