Welcome to Day 1 of Morning Mastery!
Before we begin, you will need a notebook and pen, water, and maybe a kleenex before the breathwork.
During the next 5 days, we will be using modern tools and ancient wisdom with practices that build on eachother to release what no longer serves us, and bring in more of what we want to create our lives and ourselves to be. We will be doing simple practices that can change your life in profound ways – body movement (stretching, dancing, breathing), writing/journaling, daily gratitude practice building each day, positive mindset practices (affirmations), guided meditations, ancient secret breathing techniques and other secrets for health, wellness and happiness, passed down for thousands of years.
We are creating the grandest version, of the greatest vision that we have ever held about ourselves!
Place your attention on your heart. Maybe you want to place your hand on your heart.
Feel yourself connecting to your own heart. Feel a line of light from the top of your head, all the way down to your heart. Ask your body what it needs from you and listen for the answer.
Take a deep breath in through the nose and send that loving breath to your heart. Exhale with a sigh. Letting go. Releasing with every exhale. Feeling the breath going into the nostrils and feeling the exhalation. Feeling yourself filling up with life force energy and exhaling out anything that no longer serves you. Do this on your own for a few breaths. Begin a regular practice of tuning in to your beautiful heart. Connecting your mind and body.
Heart Coherence is a high performance and healthy state — physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually— that brings out the very best in us.
The term coherence implies harmonious order, connectedness, stability and efficient use of energy. Coherence can be seen all around us when we observe life through the lens of the heart. The beauty and intricate balance of nature is a magnificent demonstration of coherence.
To begin, let’s gently turn our awareness inward and close our eyes. Setting our own intentions for the next five days. What do you hope to gain? What do you hope to release? Write it down.
Stand up and get your blood moving! Stretch and move your body in any way that feels GOOD! Watch the video and move along with me, or go solo!
Now let’s get up on our feet and get into our bodies by gently moving…swaying back and forth or moving in any way that feels best to you…feeling our feet on the Earth and feeling ourselves grounding and connecting to Source energy.
Stretching your hands out in front of you, palms up and pulling down on the fingertips. Maybe you want to raise your arms up and stretch your body, or just hang over and allow your breath to take you deeper and deeper. Keep breathing.
Stretching your body in any way that feels good to you.
Writing prompt exercises for clearing and clarity about current thinking patterns
Now, take out your notebook and pen and begin to write down every thought that you've been thinking that is standing in the way between your future and where you want to be. Any thought that is standing in the way of you being healthy, wealthy and free. A belief is just a thought we think over and over again. We have 60-70,000 thoughts a day and 90 % of the thoughts we think are the same thoughts we have already had before. They are based on past experience. A well worn path in the brain. The same thoughts lead to the same choices which lead to the same behaviors that create the same experiences. Those experiences create the same emotions, and those emotions create the same thoughts.
Now write down every habit or behavior, that you have or do, or even how you speak to yourself that is standing in the way of you and your dreams.
Now we are going to write down the thoughts, and habits and behaviors of the person you want to become. The person that is healthy, wealthy or free. We will be practicing these thoughts and behaviors over the next few days (and hopefully beyond). We will be practicing the way our future feels before it happens using all of our abilities. We need to show our body emotionally what that future feels like before it happens.
Now begin to recognize the emotions that keep these people who are healthy, wealthy and free in the same state of being every single day and become so conscious of those thoughts behaviors and emotions you don’t let any of them slip by unnoticed.
Now...write down the thoughts we do want to activate in the brain. Write down what the behaviors look like in that person that you want to become and practice thinking about it and practice rehearsing it.
Just become conscious of who you no longer want to be and keep becoming conscious of who do you do want to be and you will begin to see evidence in your life and when it comes in a way that you least expect it surprises you and leaves no doubt that it's come from a greater mind and you'll be inspired to do it again! Now we become the creators of our lives and less of the victims of our lives.

Morning Mastery Day 2 Welcome! Set Your Intention...
The Three Questions
1. “If you could succeed at anything and knew you could not fail, what would you be or do?”
2. “If you knew you had 10 million dollars in the bank, what would you be or do?”
3. “If you only had 6 months to live, what would you be or do?”
Creating a powerful WHY
When you are committed to living the life of your dreams, some people will call you crazy. As long as your ‘Why’ is strong enough, you won’t let the naysayers in the world stop you from achieving your dreams.
It takes risks sometimes to achieve your dreams and goals. If your ‘Why‘ is strong enough, you’ll be willing to take those risks.
You will come face-to-face with your fear along the way as you set out to live the life of your dreams. Fear shows up whenever we try to push our boundaries and grow. The best way to overcome fear is to have a very strong ‘Why’.

Practice the Creative Manifestation Breath.
Formula for Manifestation:
1. Clear Vision

3. Inspired action
This is an ancient technique in the Siddha Veda tradition (The Science of Success) to help us bypass the conscious thinking mind and help us get clear on what it is we really want.

Add to your Book of Positive Aspects.
The point of power is always in the present moment.
Your perspective is the way you look at something, the angle, the view you have.
Your perception is what you understand or believe about it.
Both can be changed.
Byron Katie developed a process of self-inquiry which is called, The Work. It involves asking four simple questions about each belief that causes us pain.
You write down your stressful thoughts, and then ask yourself the following four questions:
· Question 1: Is it true? ...
· Question 2: Can you absolutely know it's true? ...
· Question 3: How do you react—what happens—when you believe that thought? ...
· Question 4: Who would you be without the thought? ...
· Turn the thought around:
Now we are going to think of the thoughts we do want to activate in the brain. What would the thoughts and behaviors look like in the person you want to become?
Write it down!
Marmaa technology – There are 108 marmaa points on the body for all different kinds of healing.
The marmaas we are learning…
What do I want? (push on the right pointer finger)
Focus marmaa (third eye point with breaths)
Energy marmaa (top of lip)
Forgive and Forget marmaa (on left hand between thumb and forefinger)
Immunity Marmaa (tip of left middle finger)
Very good! (pat the left shoulder with the right hand. Fingers curl over the top of the shoulder)
Take a moment to settle into a comfortable position.
Notice now, how you are feeling.... how you are doing right now in this moment.
How does your body feel? Scan your body for a moment now, starting at your feet, simply noticing how your body is feeling.
Where is your body the most tense? Where is your body the most relaxed?
Just notice the state of tension and relaxation in your body.
Notice how your body relaxes... bit by bit.... without any effort on your part. See how your muscles become a little bit looser... less tense.... naturally, just because you are taking a moment to sit quietly and relax. Without any effort or input from you... without you even trying... your body becoming slightly more relaxed with each passing moment.
Turn your attention inward.
Breathe in, deeply. And breathe out.
In.... and out.....
Keep breathing deeply, slowly. It feels so good to take deep, calm breaths.
Now listen to all the ways that you may have experienced a gift from your body lately. As you listen, let your mind create pictures of the recent past, pictures that fade in and out, creating a kaleidescope of images.
Perhaps your body has:
· Fought off an infection
· Taken you to the top of a hill
· Stayed awake so you could drive home safely
· Learned a new physical skill
· Rewarded you with the sight of a sunset
· Healed a bruise
· Given you a new sensual sensation
· Gotten stronger
· Kept working despite being in pain
· Created another human being
· Given you sexual pleasure
· Let you know through pain that something needs your attention
· Released you from pain
· Given you the sound of children laughing
· Rejuvenated during sleep
· Allowed you to feel the touch of another person
Now take a deep, cleansing breath in.... and breathe out any tension
Feel the relaxation flowing throughout your body.
Breathe in.... now hold that breath. And relax your muscles totally, allowing the breath to flow gently out.
Take another deep breath, breathing in relaxation....
And release the breath. Breathe out any remaining tension.
Imagine that the air you are breathing is cleansing your body and removing all tension.
Focus your attention now on your lungs. Your lungs draw-in oxygen and release carbon dioxide over 15,000 times every day. Thank you, Lungs.
Your heart beats about 100,000 times every day of your life. Thank you, Heart, for keeping me alive.
Life-giving oxygen is carried from the lungs and heart through hundreds of miles of blood vessels, nourishing each and every cell. All this occurs without conscious thought or effort. Thank You.
Your bones not only provide your body with a structural framework, but the marrow inside produces your blood cells; talk about a multi-tasker! Thank you, Bones.
The ligaments, muscles, and connective tissues form your personal shape, and make movement possible. Each of these parts conforms depending on how the body is being used. I am thankful for my movement.
The skin is your largest organ and spans about 20 square feet! The skin serves as a layer of defense which protects against the outside world. Thank you, Skin.
The immune system furthers our protective defenses, fighting disease and cancer on a daily basis. The colds we contract are few compared to the number that have been detected and eliminated already. I appreciate my immune system.
Lymph is the immune system's highway. This silent transportation network reduces inflammation, and maintains health. For this, I am grateful.
Seven glands secrete the hormones that construct the finely-tuned symphony of chemical communication and function. Thank you, Endocrine system.
I am thankful for my liver, my stomach, my intestines, my pancreas, my kidneys and my bladder. My organs work in ways beyond my comprehension, and allow life.
The brain and the billions of nerves in the body combine function with the network responsible for managing the body's other systems.
I give thanks for my body. The transcendentally beautiful, the infinitely intricate, the most gloriously accurate instrument in this Universe.
Slowly and gently, bring your awareness back into your body and into the room. Allow the feelings of peace and gratitude to continue to linger as you draw your awareness back into the waking state. Slowly move your fingers and your toes as you bring more energy and awareness into your body. Now gently move the arms and the legs. With each movement, explore the continuation of that stillness. Even as your body is in motion, allow each motion to arise from that place of stillness within you. Take your time, and when you’re ready, slowly open your eyes.
An optional and very effective process is to write a love letter to yourself. Include all the things you love and appreciate about YOU. Include everything you deeply long to hear. There is no right or wrong.
Bonus points if you put a stamp on it and mail it to yourself!
Practice the Self Love/Confidence Marmaa - touching the tip of the pointer finger to the thumb 6x with both hands. You may also pinch the earlobes with the thumbs and pointer fingers 6x.
Final Thoughts for Day 3 - Desire and the Present Point of Power
Welcome to Day 4!
Quick Meditation for Mind-Heart Connection and Intention Setting
Quantum creating – time hopping (Another powerful exercise is to draw a timeline on a piece of paper to get clear on the events that really impacted your life).
We can’t change our past and what happened to us, but we can absolutely create a new thought. Preserve the learning and let the rest go.
Breathe in through the nose for 4, and out through a straw for the count of 8.
Relaxes the parasympathetic nervous system.
The parasympathetic nervous system predominates in quiet “rest and digest” conditions while the sympathetic nervous system drives the “fight or flight” response in stressful situations.
As conscious creators of our reality, we want to be able to create opportunities for us. In order to create opportunities for ourselves, we have to shift timelines and manifest what we want.
So, timeline shifting is this concept: a clear visualization of choosing the version of reality that we want to be playing in. It’s all around us being able to step into one version of reality, tune into it, see if that reality is going to help us create what we want. If not, we get to choose a different reality.
The Inspirational Breath Instruction with Affirmation
Learn and practice the Forgive and Forget Marmaa. Heal deeper and deeper.
What does forgiveness mean to you?
What are the benefits of forgiveness?
Who do you need to forgive and why?
What do you need to forgive your younger self for not knowing?
What do you need the most so you can forgive and let go?
What experiences have you had with others that you believe you’re still suffering from?
Do you think you’ve failed yourself in one way or another?
Do you have any regrets? What could you have done differently?
Do you examine your mistakes from a place of compassion or judgment?
Do you find it easy to ask for forgiveness? Why? Why not?
Do you need someone to say sorry to be able to forgive them? Why?
Are there any negative thoughts holding you back from forgiving? What thoughts would you like to have instead?
What do you need to let go of that you have no control over?
How can your spirituality help you forgive?
How can other people help you forgive and who can help?
Write down at least 5 affirmations for yourself related to forgiving yourself and others.
The following are some examples:
· I forgive myself and it becomes easier to forgive others.
· I let go of self-criticism.
· I am free from the prison of resentment.
· I acknowledge my faults and forgive myself completely.
· Forgiveness is a gift to myself.
· I accept my past and learn from it.
Day 5 Morning Mastery Welcome and Breathwork
Day 5 Morning Mastery Recap and Review
Guided Meditation to visualize your own morning routine based on the practices we have learned, (and any others you would like to implement).
Master the fifth electromagnetic breath and the sixth cleansing breath in morning mastery, using three swings, gratitude for the breath of life, and energy flowing as light.
After this meditation, it can be really helpful to journal on anything that came up for you. Write stream of consciousness where you just freely write whatever comes to mind, or you can use the following prompts:
What are my recent wins? What things have I accomplished that previously (my younger self) might have only dreamed of?
What would my younger self say to me if they could see me now? What are they proud of?
How can you celebrate yourself today? This week? This month?
Write a gratitude list of 5-10 things you can celebrate about yourself and your life..
