Hallo, ich bin Phil! Ich bin Filmcoach Phil Ramcke und wurde 1986 in Itzehoe geboren. Nach dem Abitur 2006 entschloss ich mich zu einer kaufmännischen Ausbildung als “Medienkaufmann Digital und Print” in Düsseldorf.
2012-2015 lernte ich an der Macromedia Akademie den Beruf des Mediengestalters Bild&Ton. Da dies einen theoretischen und einen praktischen Teil umfasste, konnte ich bereits ab 2012 den Beruf des “Producers” bekleiden und startete direkt in die Fashion Welt. Erst als Assistant Producer und ab 2014 als Producer koordinierte ich komplexe Prozesse in den verschiedenen Phasen der Produktion.
Seit Anfang 2015 trete ich zudem als Regisseur für meine Kunden auf. Von 2017 – 2018 produzierte ich mein Herzensprojekt “Gotterdammerung”, den Trailer für einen Spielfilm angesiedelt im Zweiten Weltkrieg.
Von 2018-2019 war ich schließlich als Senior Producer und Regisseur angestellt und übernahm sogar Aufgaben des Geschäftsführers. Seit September 2019 bin ich zusammen mit meinem Geschäftspartner Marcel Nicolaus mit PRO-duction nun auch auf dem weltweiten Film-Markt aktiv. Besonders stolz macht mich das langjährige Vertrauen meiner Kunden und die hervorragende Zusammenarbeit.
