Description
Following up on a project is the way that guarantees you achieve your goals. In this course we will apply the project management methodology, through AMBAR® Project Tracking System, (exclusive and available with the course) to track the milestones and activities of the project, in such a way that is reflected in a benefit for the company.
We will formalize basic knowledge to define, plan, execute, control and manage projects, according to the methodology of the Project Management Institute PMI (Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring and Control and Closing)
The main objective of the course is that we can keep track of all the milestones and their activities through a really simple tool to use, designed for users who must be focused on the project and not on the need to learn a complex system for this follow up.
