We break down the key differences between inside & outside passing, giving you a complete understanding of when & how to use passes like the Knee Cut, Toreando, & Leg Drag. You’ll also learn how to adapt your attacks with reactive passing chains based on your opponent’s frames & movements.
With a mix of theory, positional explanation, & live partner drills, this course is designed to build your timing, transitions, & flow. Whether you train in gi or no-gi, you’ll develop a passing game that is sharp, dynamic, & hard to stop.
