Post in the Microsoft Office Specialist Facebook Group or if you're not a member of Facebook, you can post it on the course Q&A.
Looking forward to learning more about you!
This module prepares you to get started in Excel by showing you how to create and manage worksheets and workbooks. You will learn how to import data from another file, create and navigate to named ranges, adjust row height and column width, freeze rows, and configure the different parts of a worksheet that may be printed.
In this module you will be adding some color and style to your worksheets and workbooks!
Up to now in this class, you might think that most of the data you used in your worksheets has been contained within a table. However, what we have been learning, up to this point, is how to create a “structured range” of data, not tables. Excel has a special relevance for a class of data that it formally calls a table. A table in Excel allows you to process, filter, and sort data more efficiently than a structured range. You will learn all about this within this module!
Charts can be used in Excel as a tool to communicate a lot of information in an easy-to-read format. There are 11 different types of charts available in Microsoft Excel that you can use to make decisions. This module will focus on some of the charts that are used most frequently.
The course will prepare you for the MOS Excel 2019 or the MO-200 exam by taking you through all of the major skills required. You will also be able to complete a mock MOS Excel exam. These tutorials will get straight to what you need to know for your upcoming exam, no fluff just the skills that are relevant to helping you pass the exam with confidence. The course will cover NEW Excel 2019 skills such as: managing Excel worksheet and workbooks, formatting worksheets, Excel charts and images, Excel functions, formulas, and operations, and lastly, Excel tables. The best part? You will be given a practice test to download to see if you are ready! Good luck!
