Being aware of this fact one main misconception forces us to be in backfoot for use of Solar Energy; that is 'Solar PV Technology has very low efficiency'. But this is not true at all. सोलर ऊर्जा हमारे लिए प्रचुर मात्रा में उपलब्ध है और यह ऊर्जा का सबसे सुरक्षित स्रोत है। बहुत से लोग सोचते हैं कि सोलर पीवी तकनीक की दक्षता बहुत कम है। लेकिन ये बिल्कुल भी सच नहीं है. इस पाठ्यक्रम में सोलर पीवी प्रौद्योगिकी की दक्षता के संबंध में सभी तथ्य बताए गए हैं।"
