Getting Started and a Warm Welcome
Hey there, welcome. I’m really glad you’re here.
Before we dive in, I want to share something personal. After losing my right leg below the knee, I dealt with relentless phantom limb pain.
It was painful beyond words, frustrating, exhausting, and honestly, it took over my life.
I tried everything, but nothing worked. Eventually, I discovered mirror therapy.
At first, I was skeptical, but over time, something incredible happened: the pain disappeared. Completely.
That experience is what inspired me to create this course. I wanted to share everything I learned and break it down into a clear, supportive process that you can follow from home.
To help you get the most out of mirror therapy, I highly recommend following the lessons in the order they’re presented. Each one builds on the last, giving you the tools and understanding you’ll need to make this truly work.
Let’s begin by watching the video above.
Week 1 - Step 1
This is where we lay the foundation. You’ll learn the key principles behind this powerful therapy and what makes it so effective. I’ll also introduce you to my personal approach - how I 'see' mirror therapy, not just as a pain relief modality tool, but as a way to retrain the brain and reconnect with your body.
Practice Makes Progress
At the end of each section, I’ll invite you to practice specific exercises.
Take your time with them, this isn’t a race. These exercises were developed to help you make real, lasting progress. The more consistent you are, the more you'll start to notice changes.
Welcome aboard. I’m honoured to be part of your journey, and I can’t wait to hear how mirror therapy works for you.

Week 1 Homework: Laying the Foundation
Alright, this is where the real work begins!
Your first assignment is simple but powerful: watch the training videos twice.
Yes, twice.
The first time to absorb the information, the second time to really let it sink in.
This initial exercise might seem basic, but don’t underestimate it.
It lays the groundwork for everything that follows.
The success of your mirror therapy journey starts right here.
Take your time. Stay curious. And most importantly, do the work.
You've got this, and I’m cheering you on every step of the way!
By the End of Week 2, You’ll Be Able To:
Describe the key regions of the brain involved in phantom limb pain and how they’re wired.
Explain neuroplasticity in everyday terms and understand how trauma reshapes the brain’s sensory and motor maps.
Recognize the brain‑body changes that fuel phantom pain after limb loss.
Use a short meditation and relaxation routine to calm your nervous system and prime your mind for effective mirror therapy sessions.
Set up a distraction‑free environment and create the right mental state so each mirror practice counts.
In this lesson, you’ll discover what mirror neurons are and why they play a powerful role in phantom limb pain.
You’ll learn how mirror therapy taps into this system to help retrain the brain, reduce pain signals, and support healing—all by using the brain’s natural ability to reflect movement and sensation.
In this lesson, you’ll explore how the brain adapts after amputation and how re-mapping plays a critical role in phantom limb pain.
You’ll learn how to harness this knowledge to get the most out of your mirror therapy practice.
We’ll also dive into the groundbreaking work of Dr. V.S. Ramachandran, the neuroscientist who pioneered mirror therapy, and explore how his discoveries continue to shape effective, drug-free pain relief today.
By the end of this lesson, you will be able to:
Use journaling techniques to track your pain, emotions, and progress, helping increase self-awareness during your healing journey.
Practice guided visualizations to support your brain’s rewiring and enhance the effectiveness of mirror therapy.
Apply breathing exercises to calm your nervous system, reduce stress, and prepare your mind for therapy sessions.
Understand how these tools work together to create a holistic approach that supports both mental and physical healing.
Discover How to Rewire Your Brain, Reduce Phantom Limb Pain, and Regain Control—All from the Comfort of Your Home
Are you struggling with phantom limb pain that just won’t go away, no matter what you try?
Whether you’re an amputee looking for lasting relief or a healthcare professional supporting patients through their recovery, this course will teach you how to use mirror therapy effectively at home.
Mirror therapy is a clinically supported, non-invasive technique that helps the brain rewire itself and reduce pain signals. It has helped thousands, and it worked for me personally.
After losing my right leg below the knee, I experienced intense phantom limb pain that medications and doctors couldn’t solve. Through mirror therapy and the supporting practices I share in this course, I was able to eliminate my pain completely. This course gives you the exact roadmap I used, so you can avoid the trial and error.
