
Welcome to your 21 Day Mindset Detox Challenge! I'm so excited you're joining me on this incredible journey to detox your mind and power up your body. Watch this quick introduction to meet me and learn a little more about the course! This section also contains some valuable resources to Dig Deeper, which I encourage you to download and refer to as the course progresses.
Day 1 is all about cherishing the people in our lives, our family and friends, who support us and keep us going even during difficult seasons. We want to start our detox by expressing gratitude for them.
Day 3 is all about identity. How do you define yourself? Is it through your job, your marital status, or something else? Is your identity secure no matter what life throws at you? After today, you'll have a clear why to describe yourself and your identity.
In Day 3, we're discussing how regrets do not serve us, because they keep us in the past and in a negative frame of mind. Today we're going to detox from regrets by choosing to focus on the good that came out of difficult circumstances.
Day 4 is all about moving past guilt and past-shaming! We will explore these toxic tendencies and remove them from our lives by drawing a line in the sand and declaring we will not allow ourselves to feel guilty any more, and will also not allow ourselves to be past-shamed or to past-shame or guilt-trip others.
In Day 4, we are talking about bills and how we can re-frame our thoughts about these necessary expenditures so that the experience isn't one of frustration or fear, but rather is one of gratitude for what these bills are covering. We can choose to think positively about these tasks!
Day 6 tackles the issue of making assumptions. When we make assumptions, we pre-judge others and circumstances unfairly. Today we are detoxing from this behavior and gaining an open mind.
Day 7 discusses the importance of a growth mindset so that we can continually learn and develop ourselves as human beings who can accomplish great things. You'll learn some practical ways to incorporate learning into your daily life without requiring extra time to do so.
In Day 8, we talk about the things that make us jealous, and how to detox from that negativity to ensure we maintain a positive frame of mind and focus solely on celebrating the success of ourselves and others.
Day 9 delves deep into the very real and very common issue of anxiety in our lives. We discuss a few practical ways to help soothe the effects of anxiety as we continue our journey in detoxing our minds.
Day 10 discusses how fear holds us back from being our best selves by consistently whispering non-truths to us and making us doubt our abilities and potential for greatness. Get ready to acknowledge the presence of fear, and then conquer it!
In Day 11, we get to define what success looks like for each of us individually! We explore some common misconceptions about success, and then reshape success so that the definition matches what we believe to be true for ourselves.

In Day 12, we are detoxing from toxic people and relationships. Sometimes we have people in our lives who do not support us and actually bring us harm mentally, emotionally, and sometimes even physically. To live our best lives, we must choose to eliminate all toxic relationships.
Yay! In Day 13, we get to talk about body image and learning to love who we are! It's time to stop all negative self-talk and celebrate who you are and what you look like every single day!
Day 14 discusses how nutrition can be a wonderfully powerful tool to fuel our bodies and minds for success as we continue to power up and detox deeply.
Day 14 tackles how quick we are to take things personally, and allow ourselves to be bothered by things people say and do. However, knowing that what people say and do is only ever about them, and not about you, is key to detox from that negativity.
It's crazy how we can let resentment build up and then allow it to ruin our day or even a relationship. Day 16 discusses how to let go of resentment and allow ourselves to detox from this poisonous influence. Today's affirmations are in a separate text file, found with your other downloadable materials.
We so often say one thing, and mean something else entirely, or we promise something and then don't follow through. Part of detoxing is releasing the mindset that it's okay not to be entirely trustworthy or honest. In Day 17, we are discussing the importance of pristine words.
No matter how bad life gets sometimes, you can always look for the good. Not every circumstance is pleasant, but good things do come out of difficult situations, and if you look closely enough, you can always find a spark of positivity. Day 18 talks about just that.
Day 19 is all about wealth and our mindset towards money, abundance, and financial freedom! We discuss how negative views about money get in the way of us achieving our wealth goals, and how to overcome our own limiting mindsets.
In order to fully respect your relationships, you must establish boundaries. In Day 20, we explore the importance of healthy boundaries for all relationships, including family, friends, bosses, and coworkers.
Having a win/win mindset is so wonderfully transformative when it comes to our relationships and our desire to wish others well, as well as see each other mutually succeed. In Day 21, we talk about how to ensure that all outcomes are win/win.
