WELCOME to the beginning of your new life! If you are fed up with the standard methods in psychology of analysis or taking psychiatric medicines that have gotten you nowhere then welcome to a new way of healing. Rather than dealing with the symptoms, this course focuses on the roots of your psychological challenges, thus this course will be most effective when you possess the following: 1. You've had enough and want more effective solutions to your mental health challenges and are courageous to own-up and ready to take full command of your mindset, without excuses! 2. The courage to analyze yourself, your past behavior, and harsh but honest criticism from loved ones, 3. The ability to put down on paper your past life experiences and reflect on how they shaped your emotions, 4. A great desire to improve your mindset and mental health – to improve the quality of your daily life and thus improve your relationships with key people in your life, 5. To finally unshackle yourself from past mental and emotional blocks that have prevented you from attaining higher levels of success in your career and relationships, 6. And, to heal from a divorce and toxic relationships, 7. To raise your quality of living and feeling abundance rather than emptiness and a lack mindset. Welcome to a better more effective way of mental health healing.
Our past negative experiences and past relationships dictate how we respond to daily stimuli and occurrences with colleagues, our kids, our family members, our friends, and our partners. Most often we don't realize how dramatically our subconscious programming really controls our emotions. For example, many parents pass on their fears and inhibitions to their kids, not realizing they are giving their kids fears and prejudices that they don't need – eventually, these kids pass these to their kids. Or, an abusive parent passes down their traits to one of their kids, and the child later starts abusing their partner or kids. Awareness, self-honesty, and courage will break this chain, allowing healing to begin.
From abusive parents to negative uninspired teachers to toxic partners and toxic bosses, our subconscious contains traits we have acquired through key individuals. Past traumatic events such as physical abuse, emotional abuse, health issues to accidents, events shape our character traits and dictate how we respond to certain stimuli.
The only way to truly heal from these circumstances is to: 1. First be aware of how you respond and whether your response was appropriate to the situation, or was heavily influenced by past negative experiences. For example, do you feel a lack of self-worth? Do you find it hard to trust your partner? Are you able to explain to your kids what you didn't like about your upbringing?
Events shape our perspectives and our reactions to stimuli – often our reactions are not appropriate because we let our fears and prejudices get in the way – eventually harming our emotional balance
From a baby bird flying for the first time to a child biking for the first time, without courage nothing is possible. Without courage, nothing is healed. It's much easier to blame others for your struggles – but pointing fingers will not improve your life and only makes you more bitter. The victim is paralyzed by their rage. The courageous focus on helping themselves rise above their pain. Self-honesty and self-reflection require courage. Courage makes it possible for you to overcome the mountains in front of you
The tapping tree represents your mindset. The roots represent your self-limiting beliefs. The trunk represents negative events that occurred in your life. The branches contain the feelings and emotions associated with those negative events. And, the leaves contain your current signs, symptoms, and current emotional reactions to stimuli

In this section, you will create biographies of key people in your life from childhood to the present. Starting with your father and mother, write about how they treated you and raised you. How well or poorly did they treat you and how was their upbringing, how was their temper, did they mimic traits from their parents, were they abused or nurtured, how was your father's relationship with your mother, how well did you get along with your siblings, which teachers were a negative impact, how were your grandparents treating you, who criticized you the most, who hurt you the most and how, and which friends were negative to you, traumatic or negative events affected you, which partner hurt your confidence and self-worth. The more you write the more clarity you will discover
Go slowly through your autobiography and look for repeating patterns of emotional responses you felt and find out if it happened several times from the same person you were dealing with, if that person did the same actions to other people, look for repeating events done by a particular person, was your mood and response becoming more and more second-nature to that person, was that person a provocateur, did that person often make problems out of the blue, look for persons stuck on an emotional rut, look for persons feeling sorry for themselves and suck you into their problems, look for persons not wanting to face their problems, look for substance abuse, look for codependencies, look for repeating patterns of your behavior and the behavior of others
In this section, go through the biographies you wrote about key persons in your life and look for patterns like you did with your autobiography. Again – look for repeating patterns of emotional responses you felt and find out if it happened several times from the same person you were dealing with, if that person did the same actions to other people, look for repeating events done by a particular person, was your mood and response becoming more and more second-nature to that person, was that person a provocateur, did that person often make problems out of the blue, look for persons stuck on an emotional rut, look for persons feeling sorry for themselves and suck you into their problems, look for persons not wanting to face their problems, look for substance abuse, look for codependencies, look for repeating patterns of your behavior and the behavior of others
This Healing Words section focuses on building a list of words that help you heal instead of hurtful words that have been imprinted in your subconscious for so long. Starting with the set of words already listed, expand this list with the aid of a thesaurus to find more positive healing words and double or triple this list. You see words shaped your mindset by key people in your life -- so here we take command by healing our mindset with healing words. Words coming from people we care about have either positive effects, or long-lasting harmful effects. Your list will help empower your mindset and heal your mindset when you start tapping on a daily morning and evening basis. This is your mindset daily fitness program – your mindset is a muscle that needs daily strengthening workouts just like your body.
Download the HEALING WORDS worksheet and for each word listed find at least 5 similar words, and use a thesaurus to help you
Mental health isn’t just about what’s happening in your mind—it’s deeply connected to what’s happening in your gut. The quality of your nutrition directly impacts the health of your microbiome, the trillions of bacteria living in your digestive system. These tiny organisms aren’t just passive passengers; they play an active role in extracting nutrients from the food you eat, creating essential compounds like serotonin, dopamine, and GABA—neurotransmitters that regulate mood, focus, and sleep. When your diet is rich in whole, nutrient-dense foods, you’re essentially feeding these microbes what they need to thrive. But when processed foods, sugar, and unhealthy fats dominate your plate, the balance of your gut microbiome starts to tilt, allowing harmful bacteria to take over.
This imbalance, known as dysbiosis, creates a ripple effect throughout your body and brain. A poorly nourished microbiome increases inflammation, disrupts hormone balance, and reduces the production of those mood-stabilizing neurotransmitters. The result? You may find yourself battling depression, anxiety, brain fog, and even sleepless nights. It’s no coincidence that people with poor diets often report feeling stuck in a cycle of low energy and mental exhaustion.
The truth is, your brain is only as healthy as the fuel you provide. A diet rich in colorful vegetables, lean proteins, healthy fats, and fermented foods nourishes your gut and, in turn, supports emotional resilience, sharper mental focus, and better sleep. It’s empowering to realize that small, consistent changes in what you eat can profoundly impact how you feel. Your gut and brain are having a constant conversation—let’s make sure they’re speaking the language of health and vitality.
Gluten, lectins, and wheat-germ agglutinins are substances found in wheat and other grains that can quietly wreak havoc on your body, even if you don’t have a full-blown intolerance. Gluten, the sticky protein that gives bread its structure, can be difficult for many people to digest. For some, it triggers inflammation in the gut, leading to bloating, fatigue, joint pain, and even brain fog. But it doesn’t stop there—gluten can also damage the gut lining, making it easier for harmful substances to enter your bloodstream and contribute to issues like autoimmune conditions and chronic inflammation.
Lectins, often called "anti-nutrients," are another hidden challenge. Found in grains, beans, and even some vegetables, lectins can bind to the gut lining, disrupting digestion and causing irritation. Over time, this can lead to a condition called “leaky gut,” where your intestinal barrier weakens and toxins leak into your body, fueling systemic inflammation and immune dysfunction.
Wheat-germ agglutinins (WGAs) take it one step further. These proteins can resist digestion entirely and interact with cells in ways that may disrupt metabolism, hormonal balance, and even insulin sensitivity.
While these compounds won’t affect everyone the same way, minimizing your exposure—especially if you’re prone to digestive or autoimmune issues—could be a powerful step toward feeling healthier, more energized, and less inflamed.

Enhancing Brain Health: A Holistic Guide
Your brain thrives when given the right nutrients and care. A comprehensive approach to brain health focuses on reducing inflammation, improving neurotransmitter balance, and supporting gut health—an often-overlooked driver of mental wellness. Here’s a simple yet powerful daily protocol to enhance cognitive function and emotional well-being:
Supplement Recommendations
Vitamin D3K2 (15,000 IU daily): This combination not only boosts immune and gut health but also supports mood regulation and reduces brain fog.
Curcumin (1,000 mg daily): A potent anti-inflammatory compound found in turmeric, curcumin helps protect the brain from oxidative damage and supports memory.
Omega-3 (3,000 mg daily): Rich in DHA and EPA, omega-3 fatty acids are essential for maintaining brain cell structure and reducing inflammation.
Ashwagandha (1,000 mg daily): This adaptogenic herb helps reduce stress hormones, promoting relaxation and mental clarity.
Rhodiola (500 mg daily): Another adaptogen, Rhodiola combats fatigue, enhances focus, and supports mood.
Ginkgo Biloba (500 mg daily): Improves blood flow to the brain, supporting memory and cognitive function.
5-HTP (100 mg daily): A precursor to serotonin, 5-HTP helps improve mood and sleep quality.
Nutritional Strategies
Polyphenol-Rich Foods: Include berries, green tea, dark chocolate, and olive oil to fight inflammation and protect brain cells.
Butyrate-Producing Foods: Consume fermented foods, fiber-rich vegetables, and ghee to heal the gut and support neurotransmitter production, essential for mood balance.
By combining targeted supplementation with gut-healing nutrition, you can significantly enhance brain health, resilience, and overall mental well-being.
Breathwork is always your first step before you tap, before you start your day, and after stressful situations
INSTRUCTIONS – YOUR ASSIGNMEMENT
1. BREATHWORK First! Always! before you tap and before and after stressful situations
2. Read through your journal, autobiography, biographies, and patterns analysis
3. Write down 1 to 2 self-limiting beliefs on your tapping tree worksheet pdf
4. Look through your healing words document and
5. .....write 1 to 2 sentences made up of several healing words - a sentence of forgiveness, compassion, and understanding towards that offending person. Remember - you are healing yourself! Not that person
6. Do your first tapping cycle using the healing words and sentences you created, and rate how strong your feelings 10 being the worst and 1 being most positive, then do 10 cycles of tapping and rating each cycle. Create 5 to 10 more healing sentences with healing words
7. Focusing each time on only 1 self-limiting belief, keep doing cycles of tapping til its emotional strength starts to decrease down to a 3 or 2 or 1, then move on to your next self-limiting belief you wrote down and start to focus on reducing its strength to a 3 or 2 or 1
Breathwork is always done before tapping and before you start your day and after stressful situations at work or at home
1. Write down in your tapping tree at least 1 to 2 negative events which had a big impact in your life
2. Read through your journal, autobiography, family biographies, and patterns you have spotted
3. ....and create 1 to 4 sentences using healing words you have found
4. Create sentences that helped you to understand how these events have shaped your daily behavior and write sentences that aim to heal these long-lasting negative emotions
5. One event at a time, start tapping with your healing sentences to reduce its effects down to a 3 or 2 or 1, This may require tapping every morning and evening for many days to weeks til its effects are reduced
6. Ask your trusted people to help you take apart and analyze those key life-changing events
Reduce the severity of key events that happened
By tapping on one key event until it is reduced in strength down to a 1 or 2, you then move on to the next key event. This may take 1 week of daily morning and evening tapping on one event.
Tapping daily is no different than fitness for your body – your mindset needs exercise to get stronger enough to overcome events in your life, so tap each morning, evening, and in stressful situations. Tap before and after you meet key challenging individuals.
Do your 15-minute breathwork before you start tapping on your BRANCHES
Your BRANCHES contain emotions, reactions, and triggers created by strong events in your TRUNK.
Using your journal, autobiography, family biographies, and patterns you have discovered, start creating healing 10 to 20 healing sentences with your healing words.
Have individuals you trust to help you get better clarity on key past events.
One item at a time, start tapping to reduce its emotional strength to a 1 or 2.
Breathwork always before you tap, after you wake, in stressful situations, and before bedtime
With help from trusted individuals in your community, let them help you to identify triggers that provoke you to respond, and create a list of current signs and symptoms you are feeling. From sleepless nights, anxiety, fears, inhibitions, and phobias to circumstances that create unwanted feelings or reactions.
Read through your journals, autobiography, and family biographies to help you find the root causes of current signs, symptoms, and reactions.
Create healing sentences with healing words and the real reasons of your reactions.
Start tapping each item one at a time til its effects are reduced to a 1 or 2.

Mindset Detox: Rewire Your Brain for Success & Wellbeing
The Only Course That Addresses the Root Causes of Mental and Emotional Health Challenges
Are you tired of short-term solutions that fail to deliver lasting results? Are you searching for a science-backed, holistic approach that not only helps you regain control over your mind but also optimizes your entire body at the cellular level? If so, this course is designed for you.
Unlike other personal development courses that focus solely on surface-level mindset shifts, this program goes deeper—addressing the hidden biochemical, nutritional, and subconscious factors that impact mental clarity, emotional stability, and overall well-being. This is not just another self-improvement course. It is a comprehensive functional medicine-based system tailored for high achievers, professionals, and individuals who demand real, transformative results.
Taught by a renowned functional medicine doctor with years of experience working with high-level executives, entrepreneurs, and elite performers, this program integrates advanced nutritional strategies, targeted supplementation, subconscious healing, and cellular detox protocols to achieve permanent mental and emotional restoration.
Why This Course Is Different
Most courses only focus on affirmations, positive thinking, or generalized therapy. This course is different because it identifies and eliminates the root causes of emotional distress, anxiety, mental fatigue, and cognitive blocks at the cellular level.
Cellular-Level Healing: Mental and emotional health are deeply tied to biochemical and nutritional balance. We address toxic buildup, nutritional deficiencies, and inflammatory markers that may be sabotaging your mental clarity and emotional resilience.
Subconscious Reprogramming: Negative beliefs and trauma patterns are stored in the subconscious mind. Using advanced Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), you will learn how to rewire your subconscious for success, confidence, and emotional balance.
Brain-Enhancing Supplements and Functional Nutrition: A major gap in most self-improvement programs is the lack of focus on the biochemical foundation of brain health. This course provides functional medicine-based supplementation strategies to boost neurotransmitter balance, improve focus, and regulate mood naturally.
Deep Detoxification Protocols: Emotional instability is often linked to a toxic overload in the body. Learn how to eliminate environmental toxins, heavy metals, and harmful substances that affect cognitive function and emotional stability.
Intermittent Fasting for Detoxification: Learn specialized fasting protocols tailored for both men and women, optimizing hormone balance, reducing inflammation, and accelerating cellular detox for enhanced mental clarity and emotional well-being.
