This course is more than just theoretical information. Instead, you can actually experience a state of mindfuless as you practice the rather simple, but effective exercises, right from the comfort and safety of your own living room.
The exercises are professionally produced sound trainings, based on the beautiful ancient story of the Zen Master and his pupil. You will be taken to a mountain trail where you sit down and listen to the rippling mountain stream and comforting nature sounds. You will experience what real focus is and have a peak into your always present inner silence.
