
This week you will need an area on the ground to do gentle stretches and movement. A yoga mat is helpful but not necessary. Feel free to use a blanket or beach towel so you have something between you and the floor. Our body is one of our biggest teachers. We will be practicing mindful movement and listening to how our body speaks to us.

I challenge you to go outside for this meditation. It can be on your porch, in your backyard, you can drive to your secret spot, wherever you can be present and meditate in the outdoors.
There is something special about feeling a breeze, sunshine on your skin, hearing water flowing, leaves blowing, or even kids playing in the distance. Soak it ALL in. Namaste.

This course gives you the opportunity to experience multiple styles of meditation. You will create your own personal meditation practice that works for you and your schedule. You will create habits to journal daily and practice mindfulness. Over the next 6 weeks your awareness will be heightened as you practice stillness. Each day your purpose will become more clear. You will start to see your potential and feel empowered as you become more aware of your surroundings and recognize the good that surrounds you.
