Cultivating non-judgmental awareness, in the present moment. It is the practice of becoming more fully aware of the present moment, in a non-judgmental way, rather than being preoccupied with intrusive thoughts, worries. and concerns.
Dispelling some of the common myths floated around about mindfulness. Such as: It’s weird, all about unicorns and saffron robes, It takes months of practice and some people can't do it etc.
