Description
Mindfulness and meditation is an evidence based approach to pain reduction. Learn how to practise mindfulness and meditation within your day to day life to help reduce pain. Recent medical research suggests that we can use our mind and our mind / body connection to help become more aware of our connections with pain and reduce it. This course will allow you to learn about mindfulness for pain reduction in under 20 minutes a day for 14 days. Equipping your with lots of different mindful tools to enable you to continue practising for the rest of your life.

Instructor
Sharon Key is a mindfulness, meditation and well-being teacher who has followers around the globe with of her online mindfulness and meditation courses.
She has been teaching different subjects for over 33 years.
Sharon turned to mindfulness and meditation as a way of coping when she found she had a rare form of cancer in her lungs, mindfulness and meditation helped her cope with the life challenging situation.
She teaches both in mindfulness, meditations and well-being to help people cope with anxiety and stress.
She is owner of the company Just Pause, and has delivered courses to business, local government, colleges, schools, NHS (National Health Service) and local cancer support groups.
