You will look at and learn the evidence base and research behind mindfulness. You will also learn the different ways we can use mindfulness techniques to deal with difficult situations, using the RAIN technique and 'The Mindful Pause'.
In this lecture, you will learn the concept of gratitude within mindfulness and how gratitude can benefit you. You will learn how you can become grateful by using mindfulness exercises and diaries.
