In this lecture I delve into my personal story. First my struggle and pain I went through, then discovering my solution and healing by finding mindfulness.
Lecture 3 focuses on the basics of mindfulness and meditation giving you an overview of the philosophy and practice of these two powerful techniques.
Lecture 4 focuses on finding your strength as a sensitive human with a mood struggle. Being sensitive is a gift. We often feel guilt or confusion when in fact we should celebrate our uniqueness as a blessing.
The first lecture of this section focuses on how we need to change our mindset and beliefs by letting go of the victim & blame story. By letting that go and empowering ourselves to take control we set up a foundation for mindfulness to work.
As a physical human being it is essential we connect and ground with the Earth to find our power and stability. This session focuses on how grounding is an important foundation of mindfulness and healing.
With mindfulness and our healing it is essential to turn down the outer noise of constant thought and feelings. We discuss the importance of turning down the volume of that outer chatter that can confuse us and cause emotional challenges.
In this lecture we focus on taking action towards change by utilizing small yet powerful steps of mindfulness. Organizing our life with these goals in mind also is a key.
Awareness is a key step of mindfulness. In the session we focus on being aware of our thoughts, words and actions. We take a look at ourselves from a higher perspective and learn then to be more aware of of emotions and behaviors.
One of the most important things we can do is learn to focus our thoughts & emotions on higher vibration positive feelings. Negative emotions put us in a lower energetic state. Positive emotions help change our brain chemistry and our lives.
Breath & Breathing are the first essential tool to using meditation for a transformative tool. This is a major foundation of changing your emotions and is easy to apply to your daily life.
As we learned in our Mindfulness section about turning down the noise we go deeper in this lesson about effective ways to quiet the mind so we can find the peace and stability we desire for change.
With meditation we learn to let go of limiting and past beliefs that are holding us back and also future worries. We learn to focus on the present instead and let go of any beliefs that are affecting our moods and behaviors.
Another key of change and empowering yourself is utilizing affirmations, visualization and positive thoughts while you are meditating. Meditating is not just about quieting the mind, it’s about actively changing your thoughts and emotions.
Utilizing short meditations throughout the day really is a powerful tool of finding peace and balance. Meditation practice is an ongoing technique that you can use whenever stressful or confusing emotions surface.
One key shift that we’ve discussed in previous lessons also is the shift in your thinking & emotions. This is what mindfulness & meditation can do for you if you apply it to your daily life. In this session we go deeper on what it takes to shift.
Another key step to your transformation is taking the tools & techniques we’ve learned in these lessons and apply them to our daily lives. Repetition of these things helps make them a habit which in turn changes your behaviors.
Another great lesson to remember is that your sensitivities or bipolar or other mood struggles are a gift. A key step is to find power and strength in your sensitivities and let go of the guilt. This lesson focus on empowering you towards that goal.

Each video class is between 8-12 minutes long so you can easily digest these life changing steps living a busy life one day at a time. It will also have an exercise action step that you can do to help you understand the lecture and apply it to your daily life.
