Instructor
Iva is a London based yoga and meditation teacher.
She comes from a dance background, completing a BA degree in Dance Studies in her early 20s.
Iva teaches around different studios in London, as well as workshops and events in Europe and Asia.
She is very passionate about the teachings of yoga as a philosophical and spiritual practice.
Iva studied yoga in India over the last years, and continues to study Yin, Mindfulness and Meditation as well as Ashtanga and traditional Hatha Yoga with various renowned teachers and masters such as Sarah Lo, Yogacharya Lalit Kumar, Thich Nhat Hanh and others.
Her intention is to help people learn self healing through mindfulness and spiritual practices; to spread the traditional yoga teachings as per her teacher's lineages; and to guide and encourage her students to go inwards and start their transformation process, where unconditional love and compassion comes from.
Iva is a 700+ hours Registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance Professionals UK.
