Description
I am a survivor of Clinical Depression turned Psychospiritual Therapist & Coach. I created this course after I learnt Mindfulness to avoid a major slip into depression in April 2020, and it did save me from the spiral!
Not only that, it gave me a perspective- how to handle my thoughts and emotions on a daily basis and go on with my life and hit my goals
After I witnessed the amazing effects of Mindfulness for myself, I launched this program in my circles for those who wanted to get an edge over their negative thinking, anxiety, and learn to manage their emotions on a day-to-day basis without getting controlled by them.
Due to the massive success of the program, I am now sharing it here with a wider audience, so you can benefit from it too!
