Every day, for three weeks, you’ll get a daily journaling prompt. Each day, you'll practice one of the techniques you learned in class. At the end of 21 days, you'll have a clear understanding of which methods and styles of journaling help you meet your creative, personal, and professional goals.

She is a business partner at a management consulting and social engagement firm that advises executives and strengthens ties within businesses and with consumers.
