Rachel is a Mindfulness & Meditation Educator and RYT certified Yoga Instructor with years of Mindfulness Meditation and holistic fitness education and practice. She shares deep understanding of mindfulness technique and proven methods when delivering personal development programs to individual clients, and dynamic and engaging workshops to corporate groups. She is the creator of the Move-Nourish-Mind® wellness concept and Mind Muscle Training . Her work has been featured by the Atlanta Business Chronicle . She has trained extensively in Mindfulness and Meditation, to include a balance of science-based and spiritual approaches. She is MBSR trained, a graduate of the Karin Kabbalah Process of Awakening Mindfulness Path-Working Program, as well as Dr. Joe Dispenza Neuroscience-based Intensive and Progressive Meditation programs.
