If you search the internet for a mind map on a specific topic (such as a mind map of a book or article) you'll likely find a mish-mash of items of differing quality. One issue here is that anyone producing a 'map' using mind mapping software automatically think they have created a Mind Map. It also shows how the mind map helps the presenter during the preparation phase for a talk, and shows a walk through and an exploration of the topic. An overview of the importance of the basic principles and structure of a Mind Map and how the technique can be highly productive and useful for Coaches and Consultants giving clarity of thought, faster planning, new ways of thinking and many other benefits.
