You’ll learn how to log in to Teams from the browser and the desktop app. Jennifer will demonstrate how to: create 1-1 chats, create and modify group chats, and manage the chat list.
The Teams app is organized into teams and channels. You’ll learn how to distinguish between teams and channels and then how to join, create, and manage teams and channels.
Effective collaboration involves sharing information, whether by meetings or files. You’ll learn how to set up and join a Teams meeting and how to use meeting controls while you are in a meeting. Jennifer will show you how to open shared files from Teams, how to copy and share links, and how to view files in SharePoint.
