The exam is timed, and the candidate will have around 180 minutes (3 hours) to complete it. The passing score for the MS-100: Microsoft 365 Identity and Services exam is 700 out of a possible 1000 points. This means that to pass the exam, a candidate must score at least a 70% on the exam. The exam is scored on a scale of 100-1000, with a minimum passing score of 700.
