This introductory course on Microsoft Intune is designed for IT professionals and administrators who are responsible for managing and securing devices in their organization. The course will cover the basics of Intune, including how to set up and manage devices, deploy apps, and secure company data. There is a section dedicated to managing Apple Devices as well leveraging Apple Business Manager. By the end of the course, participants will have a solid understanding of how to use Intune to effectively manage and secure their organization's devices.

No PowerPoint slides: A majority of the course is demos of the admin portal and end-user experience. Animated whiteboards are used to discuss business and technical concepts for greater understanding
End-User Demos-its very important to understand what the end user sees with the policies you push out to devices. I have end-user experience demos that cover Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices
Practical Use Cases: Working with hundreds of IT admins has provided me the knowledge to share real-world use cases with the various policies and configurations shown throughout the course.

I haven’t come across a course that provides a complete in-depth overview of Intune that really shows the end user experiences, demos, and Apple device management. For this reason, I wanted to design this course to showcase more of these capabilities and provide you all real world examples of the configurations we will be covering within the endpoint manager admin center.
