Microsoft excel also provides the tabular form of data analysis and arrange the data in any format as per the requirement of the user. The new version of representation of graphical data like line charts, pie charts and its shortcut functions are very useful to handle large data in small amount of time. Excel also involves the use of macros which can be converted into software and then it can be used for data collection on a large scale. The pivot table has also a very useful aspect in excel.Overall, excel acts as an universal tool for data analysis of any type.
