Description

Artificial Intelligence is not reserved for developers. With Microsoft Copilot Studio, you can build powerful AI agents using a low-code, business-friendly approach.

This course takes a hands-on, project-based approach to learning Copilot Studio. Instead of focusing primarily on theory, you'll learn by building agents and applying them to practical business scenarios.

You’ll start by understanding Copilot Studio and building your first conversational agent. From there, you’ll learn how to work with topics, triggers, variables, conditions, conversation context, generative answers, and agent orchestration.

And this course goes beyond conversational agents and chatbots. You’ll build a complete AI-powered leave request management solution, where an agent can receive a request, analyze information, work with business data, and automate parts of the process. Along the way, you'll work with tools, custom prompts, Agent Flows, and Model Context Protocol.

You'll then take things further by building a multi-agent case management solution. You'll create an orchestrator agent and multiple specialized agents that collaborate to handle different parts of a business process—from application support to machine support and service scheduling.

What You will Build?

Throughout the course, you'll work on practical solutions that demonstrate how Copilot Studio can be used beyond simple chatbots:

  • Conversational AI agent — Build and publish an agent that can understand users and handle dynamic conversations.

  • AI Leave Request Management — Automate a business process using agents, tools, prompts, business data, and Agent Flows.

  • Multi-Agent Case Management — Build multiple specialized agents coordinated by an orchestrator to automate a more complex business scenario.

What You will Learn?

By the end of the course, you will be able to:

  • Build and publish AI agents using Copilot Studio

  • Design conversations using topics, triggers, variables, and conditions

  • Use generative AI and external knowledge sources

  • Add tools and actions to your agents

  • Create and use custom prompts

  • Build Agent Flows for business process automation

  • Understand and apply Model Context Protocol

  • Design agent orchestration and multi-agent solutions

  • Test and refine AI agents for practical business scenarios

A Course That Grows With You

This course is designed as an evolving learning experience. Over time, new lectures, projects, and more advanced scenarios will be added as Copilot Studio and the AI agent landscape continue to evolve.

If you enroll early, you'll keep lifetime access to future course updates at no additional cost.

You don't need to be a programmer or an AI expert to get started. If you understand basic business processes and want to learn how AI agents can be applied to real-world automation, this course is a practical place to begin.

Don't just learn what AI agents can do. Build them yourself.
