In this 7 hour course we’ll cover the skills that you need for the three Microsoft Applied Skills credential for canvas Power Apps, model-driven Power Apps and Dataverse, and Power Automate.
First, we’ll sign up for the free Developer Plan. The tasks that you need to perform to get this skill are:
Model-driven Power Apps and Dataverse: Modify a Dataverse solution, Create and configure Dataverse tables, Modify Dataverse forms and views, and Configure a model-driven app.
Canvas Power Apps: Create a canvas app from scratch, Configure a gallery, Configure a details screen, and Configure an input screen.
Power Automate: Create triggers, Create and configure actions for notifications, Implement conditional logic, Create and configure approvals, and Configure owners and sharing.
We’ll go through several practical examples and a test on the Power fx formulas that we have used, so you can see how you can create your own canvas apps, model-driven apps, Dataverse tables, and Power Automate flows.
By the end of the course, you'll be much more confident about creating Power Apps and Power Automate flows and perhaps even take the official Microsoft assessments. That would look great on your CV or resume.
