Microsoft have divided their productivity suite into various categories like:

  • For scheduling there are two tools, Bookings and Calendar both have their own utility i.e., Calendar to manage your days, weeks and more whereas Bookings is to provide a gateway to external people to book time in your calendar.

  • In content creation a sizable portion is video content for that Microsoft have provided two impressive tools Stream where you can record and manage videos, and Clipchamp which is a perfect tool for editing the videos.

  • Though people use Excel or even a paper backed notebook to keep the content organized, Microsoft OneNote is an excellent tool to organize your information.

  • Sway is a tool which you can use for creating interactive presentations.

  • For managing tasks, you can use To Do.

  • Projects are a big part of any organization. Planner helps you organize your small to medium level projects.

  • For organization communication SharePoint is a seasoned tool with Microsoft recently Microsoft added Engage a social media like tool to their toolbox.
