Already in Office 2007 you could have texts translated into other languages. Now, when Microsoft Office is connected to the Internet, it finally offers an Artificial Intelligence-supported translation service that is constantly improving.
You probably already know how to insert images and shapes. With pictograms or icons this works similarly. A large selection, sorted by different categories, is available for you. You can stretch and compress these icons as you wish, without the loss of quality.
Microsoft 365 now includes a feature for Word, Excel and PowerPoint that lets you make images transparent – to make underlying objects visible.
By using 3D Models, you can enhance your presentations and technical documentation. You are more flexible if you want to respond to spontaneously expressed questions and you also increase the information content.
As a special form of 3D models, Microsoft also offers a series of animated 3D models that you can use in PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook.
Up until now, you could only use @mentions in Outlook. Now you can also use @mentions within comments in other Office applications.
Are you already working with comments? You can now mark them as done– in all Office applications where you can use comments.
