Description
Have you wanted to start real estate investing but you’re on a tight budget?
If you're reading this then I'll bet you have.
Over the last two years I've worked with beginner real estate investor just like you who wanted to get started but didn't have a lot of money to spend.
I sat down with each of them and we came up a marketing plan that they could afford. We made adjustment and tweaks along the way, and I now have a program that is teachable - and most importantly - repeatable.
That's the essence of what I call REI Micro Marketing.
Marketing is the lifeblood of real estate investing.
Nothing happens until somebody finds one. Wholesalers can't wholesale. Rehabbers can't rehab. And landlords won't have properties to rent.
Finding “motivated sellers" is what puts money in your pocket.
BUT - it takes money to market effectively - don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.
While the "gurus" will tell you that you can market for free, you’ll have the most competition and a very, very low probability of success.
That's where REI Micro Marketing comes in.
In this niche marketing program I'll teach you an approach where you'll:
Break through all the noise and competition
Connect with homeowners on a personal level
Stay in touch with homeowners
All with the goal of staying in front of potential home sellers so you can be one of the first calls that they make if they decide to sell.
Check out the preview lectures for an overview of what we'll cover.
