    In this video, we talk about a 15-day makeup and skincare challenge where we focus on building small, consistent habits that can transform our look and feel. We don't need expensive products or long routines - just a commitment to doing simple things like sipping warm water or applying a favorite lipstick every day. These micro habits will slowly rewire our beauty routine, boost our confidence, and bring out our natural glow. As part of the challenge, we're encouraged to keep a 15-day beauty journal where we write down what we did each day and how it made us feel, as well as three things we love about ourselves (without repeating them). The goal is to practice self-love in action and see the positive changes in our skin, mindset, and energy over time.

Requirements

  • No prior skincare or makeup experience needed — this course is designed especially for beginners.
  • A mirror for practicing facial massage, mirror work, skincare application, and quick beauty routines.
  • Just 5–10 minutes a day and a willingness to stay consistent for the 15-day glow journey.
  • Basic skincare essentials (whatever you already own), such as: Gentle face cleanser Moisturizer Lip balm Sunscreen Makeup remover / cleansing balm / micellar water
  • Optional beauty tools - Ice cubes / chilled spoon for depuffing Soft towel Facial scrub (or DIY gentle exfoliation option)
