Mentoring women Using Spiritual Leadership Principles

Our Society has drastically changed we see more women rising into strategic leadership positions. We find these women in homes, businesses, communities and even in government. Women continue to embrace strategic leadership roles in all spheres of society.

This simply means that women need be equipped for these leadership roles.

This course will lay out some of the strategic tools that have been curved out to try and help women in their leadership journey. These Spiritual Leadership tools will enable women to handle this new wave of responsibility that society is offering to them.

The course is for women who are involved in leadership and those who are aspiring leaders.

This is what can you expect from this course;

· Challenges that female leaders face

· Mentorship: - knowing when you need assistance.

· Characteristics of a female leader:- What are the characteristics that a female leader should possess,

· Servant leadership.

· How important is this for an aspiring leader. What are some to the key character traits that a servant leader should have.

· Then we will talk about Community and the Servant leader; how important is community for a servant leader. Should servant leaders connect with their current communities. To what extent should they work with their communities.
