What you'll learn
- Students will learn to make instant arithmetic calculations-additions & subtractions, initially using Abacus, subsequently mental calculations. The course gives the scope for children to make multiple digit additions and subtractions with adequate practice.
- Course 2 & 3 will cover multiplication, division, decimals (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division in decimals)
Requirements
- To start with, child should be familiar with identification of numbers 1 to 1000.
- Children should have an Abacus before starting. It is available in Amazon. You can search for 17 rod student abacus
Description
This program is specially designed for children of 8 years and above. But adults also can learn. This is the Basic Course.
8 years to 13 years is the ideal target. Older kids and adults can also learn, if they are committed. However, smaller kids will be able to do mental calculations faster as this program is designed to develop the brain. So for younger kids, with the development of their brain, it syncs with their visual memory.

Basic Course
Intermediate Course
Advanced Course
The Basic Course - covers and establishes the fundamentals. This is of vital importance because something as basic as holding the Abacus in the right way can affect your performance at higher levels. This course is designed for students with no knowledge of Abacus.
Intermediate Course is the next level. It is suitable for those who have completed the Basic Course. Children who have some knowledge in Abacus and want to learn multiplication and division may also be eligible to take this course.
Advanced Course is for those who have completed the Intermediate level and will cover more complex sums including decimals.
All levels will cover doing sums with Abacus and eventually practicing visuals.
There are other activities included like Speed writing, Skill exercise and Dictation. These activities help to enhance your performance.
