In this lecture learn more about your instructors, Gregory and Linos, why this course was made, and the great things that you'll learn over the next couple of hours!
Fit is Everything. Keep It Simple. Be Unique.
These are the three key principles that will define this course, so take a look as you are given a high-level overview of each.
Time to jump in and start exploring your wardrobe!
Choose three of your favorite items of clothing, take a picture of each item, and post them in the Q&A section with an explanation of why you like them. This quick exercise will help you see that you already have your own sense of style and get inspiration from other students items (and most importantly let us know if you like Gregory's or Linos' items better!)
In this section we'll:
a) Dive into each of the three principles we mentioned in the last section one by one, in order to provide you with a full understanding of the framework
b) Give you an opportunity to assess your wardrobe with this new framework in mind
c) Take you on location with different camera set-ups (to keep you guessing on where we'll end up next!)
This is the core principle in the framework and our instructors Gregory and Linos will walk you through how to identify well fitted clothes and why it is so important to think about fit when choosing what you wear.
"Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication" - Leonardo da Vinci (and Gregory and Linos)
This is a quote that both Gregory and Linos really agree with (both in life and fashion) and in this lecture they'll show you how a simple look is actually really sharp and why keeping it simple works all the time.
The great thing about your fashion is that it is something that allows you to express yourself in your own unique way.
This should never be lost and in this lecture Gregory and Linos highlight some ways that you can add your own twist to your looks and highlight why this is so important.
Now you are an expert with the three step framework, go into your wardrobe and choose a few items that you feel work well with this framework. Take pictures and again share your thoughts in the Q&A; Gregory and Linos will be doing the same!
