So, the first secret is to include Avocado, Blueberries, Broccoli, Plant oil, Eggs, Green Leafy Vegetables, Salmon Fish, Turmeric (Curcumin), Walnuts, Dark chocolates and enough water.
The big idea here is these brain foods will keep your brain forever young and will give all the nutrients it needs to function at the optimum level.
This is important because our brain has scientifically proven plasticity that is it can be improved at any stage if we care for it and given the essential nutrients.
The second secret is mental exercise i.e. using your non dominant hand for brushing your teeth, hand-writing your scripts, playing chess and sudoku and reading books daily.
The main thing to understand here is that mental exercises are not that difficult as the physical exercises but gives multifold results in building your smarter and brighter brains.
This means by doing mental exercises you build your brain muscles to give you better ideas and helps in better functioning of your brain. Researches have proved that mental challenging games even keep you away from Alzheimer’s’ to certain extent.
The third secret is memory training or memory tricks for recalling complex information in shortest possible time. The three widely used memory tricks are association technique, memory palace and story method.
The main thing to understand here is these memory techniques are known to us from our course books but we never use it in our daily lives. To tell you an example we learn our ABCD by means of pictures i.e. A for Apple, B for Bat but we do not associate our complex information to any thing which we already know and hence we are not able to recall it when we need it.
This is the key because memory training is your answer for all the questions and issues related to your memory recall such why I forgot certain piece of information or things or the person’s name whom I met earlier today? Why I am not keep the information in my mind which I have read last week or how to speak confidently in public speaking event without using cheat sheets?
