This lecture introduces the student to the different types of contracts for engineering, procurement and construction contracting, including the main characteristics of each one and their use. It also includes the responsibilities of the contracting management.
In this lecture we include the main responsibilities of the contract administration team and a brief flow diagram of how this team performs their work in the project.
In this lecture the student will learn the basics of project control including: the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), the progress measurement in engineering, procurement and construction, and the project schedule.
In this lecture the student will be able to receive recommendations related to the cost control and aa real cost control report will be explained. This lecture video includes the final part of the overall Project Management course, and includes the overall recommendations and the course conclusions.
