Then we will get started with each guided meditation video set for the day and you will have the chance to write down your experiences and ask me directly any questions you may have.

Ananda Yoga Retreats Founder and Yoga Instructor, Caitlan Carver is trained to teach traditional yoga asana in Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Restorative, Prenatal and Kids Yoga.
She is also trained and certified to teach the yoga philosophy and applied culture, pranayama practice and guided meditation in mantra, binaural beats for Theta meditation and sound healing.
Caitlan has also completed the Spirit Junkie Masterclass Level One Training with Gabrielle Bernstein for Spiritual Coaching and she is a Reiki Master, helping to guide people one-on-one and from afar.
Caitlan provides energy healing practices to hundreds of students and holds yoga retreats around the world that are based on the traditional culture of yoga.
