Introduction to Meditation Masterclass. This will give students an idea of what they will gain from this course, and provide healthy, realistic motivation for moving forward.
Learn to meditate for the joy of the moment, not for outcomes. Practice breath and presence to cultivate gratitude for being alive.
Meditation is the key to a happy, healthy life, as Tim Ferriss notes among top performers. It is a meta skill that sharpens focus and calm, improving all abilities.
Boost your skills with meditation, a meta skill that enhances emotional regulation and long-term productivity while relieving anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, and chronic pain.
Practice mindfulness of breathing to observe the air’s flow and bodily sensations, focusing on the nostrils and center, stay present, and gently return when the mind wanders.
Practice concentrated mindfulness by focusing on a candle flame, adopting a seated posture, and observing the flame’s arising and passing away for five to ten minutes.
Master rapid, deep breaths to hyper-oxygenate the blood, boosting brain and body oxygenation for mood elevation, clarity, and potential healing, with cycles and optional cold exposure.
Learn to pair breath work with sound baths using instrumental electronic music from dark to light, exploring emotions, altered states, and catharsis, supported by a playlist and deep bass listening.
Activate meditation practice by recognizing how mirror neurons transmit emotions, making meditative states contagious; teach by practicing alongside students and maintaining a meditative state to positively influence others.
Congratulations!
If you've understood the concepts in this course and begun practicing the techniques, then you now have a solid foundation to begin teaching meditation!
You will need to continue meditating every day, in order to really get deep into presence, and to become a really great teacher. You can practice on your own, or with guidance (by coming back to the videos in this course).
For some of you (especially those who already have some teaching experience), this foundation may be more than enough for you to dive in head-first, start advertising your teaching services, setting up classes, facilitating sold-out corporate workshops and meditation retreats... and actually build a sustainable career for yourself s a professional meditation teacher!
But some of you may still need some more guidance. If you're struggling to build your confidence as a meditation teacher (meaning: you need more practice teaching meditation to real people), and/or wondering what your next steps are to build your teaching practice and career, please grab a complementary 15-minute mentoring spot on my calendar to discuss, and to brainstorm a strategy that works for you, personally, for your specific situation.

This course is accredited by The Meditation Organization as a Certified Meditation Teacher Training Course -- AMC (Accredited Meditation Course) #39283, and by IMMA (International Mindfulness & Meditation Alliance) as well -- so once you receive your Meditation Certification at the end of this course, you'll be able to teach meditation to others as well.
While many course creators make one-hour courses to maximize the ROI on their time (one hour courses often sell for as much as 20-hour courses), that's not what this course is about. This course is my masterclass, a culmination of over a decade of learning meditation techniques from gurus around the world and teaching it to groups of students here in the United States. When friends and family ask me to teach them to meditate, I always wish I had a link to send them, that would cover everything that I would want to teach them if I only had the time. Well, I took the time to make this course, and this is the link that I will send to people in the future!
That's why I've made this course as comprehensive as I could possibly make it, and why I will continue to add videos to this course over the months, years, and decades to come.
Welcome to my Meditation Masterclass. I hope you enjoy it ❤️
